What this site is, and what it is not

• This site is general information. It is not a legal document, a title certificate or a promise of returns.
• Every deal is subject to due diligence and the required legal and statutory checks. Matters of law go to a licensed lawyer.
• The sample land file and the map are illustrative. The map bands are working geographic bands, not official planning classifications.
• Sending details does not create an agreement. Route and terms are set in writing before any work begins.
